NE Organic 26-1

Located 3 miles outside of Brunswick, Nebraska. Organic 26-1 is 135 farmable acres of corn/soybeans under irrigation. The farm was transitioned into Organic Production using a rotation of grain sorghum then corn/soybeans. This area of Antelope County is one of the largest production areas in Nebraska with good access to oil roads and markets. 135 irrigated acres under a center pivot irrigation. The property improvements include a swine finishing facility which allows us to fit our fertility needs when the crop needs it. The small solar array sits on the swine finishing roof which allows us to normalize our power needs thru the warm summers when fans are running. This farm receives 22 inches of annual rainfall.
